Injector diagnostics by post and workshop enquiry
Injection, Carb or Fueling Issue. We're here to help.
From injector and carb diagnostics to fuelling faults and tuning support, we help you find the issue and the right next step.
Electrical, leak, spray pattern and flow results help decide the next step.
Ultrasonic cleaning and service parts are used where the injector is suitable.
Get straightforward advice on what can be repaired and what should be replaced.
What we do
Injector services built around diagnosis.
Common symptoms
When injector testing makes sense.
Injector faults are easy to blame and expensive to guess at. A bench test helps separate fuel delivery issues from ignition, compression, ECU or wiring faults.
Misfire or rough idle
Uneven flow, weak spray pattern or a sticking injector can show up as a misfire, especially after storage or stale fuel.
Poor starting
Leaking injectors, cold start valve issues or poor atomisation can cause long cranking, rich starts or fuel smell.
Uneven performance
Performance, track and tuned engines need balanced injector sets so one cylinder is not running leaner than the rest.
Restoration unknowns
Classic injectors can arrive blocked, seized or previously repaired. Testing gives a sensible starting point.
Higher fuel use
A leaking, dribbling or poorly atomising injector can over-fuel a cylinder and increase fuel consumption.
Fuel odour
A fuel smell around the rail, manifold or exhaust can be a warning sign that an injector needs leak testing.
Repairable injector types
From modern petrol to classic systems.
We list the injector families we can assess, test and often restore. Suitability depends on condition, damage and parts availability, so every job starts with an enquiry.
- Standard port injectors and side-feed petrol injectors
- GDI, FSI, HPi and selected high pressure petrol injectors
- K Jetronic, cold start valves and classic restoration work
- Motorcycle and performance injector batches
How it works
Simple service journey.
Make the site feel like a care-plan page, but for injector work: clear steps, reassurance, and a direct enquiry path.
Enquire
Send injector details and symptoms.
Test
We assess flow, leaks and spray.
Advise
You get repair or replacement advice.
What you receive
Useful results, not just a yes or no.
Each enquiry is treated as a diagnostic job. Where the injector type is suitable, we can compare before and after results so you can see whether the service has improved the set.
Comparative output across the set to highlight weak, restricted or unmatched injectors.
Visual spray pattern checks to identify dribble, split spray, poor atomisation or blockage.
Pressure and leak checks where suitable to spot injectors that are not sealing correctly.
Clear repair, clean, retest or replace recommendations before you spend more money.
